Dr. Kenneth Olusanmi Francis – Founder and Principal Partner
Holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree, a Master of Science Degree in
Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, a Doctorate Degree in Peace
and Security Studies. Kenneth was a member of the Ekiti State
Customary Court Panel of Judges for six years and successfully
completed his tenure of office on March 30th, 2024.
He founded Lexprime Solicitors & Co (a firm of legal practitioners and consultants). He is also the Legal Advisor to the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (chartered) and a member of several professional bodies in Nigeria and beyond. He is currently a part-time lecturer at the Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, teaching courses in Criminology, Peace and Conflict Resolution, Political Science, and Law.

He holds Bachelor of Laws Degree, and qualifies as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediator and Conciliator. Abdulfatah Abdur-Rahman Jimba, Esq – Associate Partner
A multifaceted legal practitioner and dedicated student of knowledge.
He is an LL.M. researcher in Islamic Law and holds a foundational Bachelor’s degree in Shari’ah and Common Law. Beyond his legal expertise, Mr. Jimba is a qualified and registered teacher.
He is an active member of several professional bodies, including the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), and holds associate memberships with the Institute of Medical and Health Law and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. His professional affiliations also extend to being an MTI-Accredited Mediator and a member of the International Law Association (ILA) Nigerian Branch.
Having held various leadership positions throughout his career, he currently serves as the LL.M. Representative for the Islamic Law Department at Kwara State University.
Taiwo Emmanuel Adekunle – Strategic Financial Advisor
Taiwo is an experienced finance and technology professional with a strong foundation in accounting and a strategic focus on digital transformation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Financial Technology and Blockchain, Financial Modelling, and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from Corporate Finance Institute.
With 10 years of professional experience, He has undertaken strategic roles as Head of Accounts in Fintech firms and Senior Financial Applications Consultant, using his IT expertise to bridge the gap between finance and technology in growing and multinational companies in the EMEA regions.
